Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry about a property we process the data you provide — your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message — in order to respond to your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries). This data is sent to our mailbox and stored for as long as necessary to process your request and to comply with statutory retention periods.

Server log files. Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of request, IP address). This data is not merged with other data sources and is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the secure and stable operation of the site.

3. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. A functional cookie (bh_rent_lang) stores your chosen display language. The administration area uses a session cookie for login. We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TTDSG (strictly necessary cookies).
